+WHAT IS THE REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to the nature and delivery of the content, there are no refunds. However, you can cancel anytime through the membership portal, or email Team Bold at [email protected] before your monthly fee is due.
+HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS?
You have access to everything in the membership while you are an active member. If membership is cancelled, you will lose all access.
+CAN I OPT IN TO TEXTS IF I AM NOT IN THE US?
We're working on rolling out the text feature ASAP and will let you know if we're able to extend it to international numbers.
+HOW ARE MONTHLY Q&As HOSTED?
They will be hosted via Zoom, and recorded - so you'll have access to the replays in the portal! XTRA BONUS!
+RENEWAL POLICY:
Please note, your monthly membership fees renew every month. If you sign up for the year in full, you will automatically renew at the rate with which you sign up today. To cancel you membership, please do it manually via the membership portal or email our team to do it for you.
